These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the entity you represent, "Customer") and dotvoice Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("dotvoice.in", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the dotvoice.in platform, APIs, SIP infrastructure, and related services ("Services").
By creating an account, accessing our API, or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. dotvoice.in reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at its sole discretion.
dotvoice.in grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services with reasonable notice. We will endeavour to provide at least 30 days' notice for breaking changes to our APIs.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Our Services are billed based on actual usage (pay-as-you-go) or committed plans as selected during signup.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
dotvoice.in targets 99.99% monthly uptime for its core voice infrastructure. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) provides service credits for downtime exceeding this target, subject to the following:

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, APIs, documentation, trademarks, and brand assets, are owned by dotvoice Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
You retain all rights to data you submit to or generate through our Services ("Customer Data"). You grant dotvoice.in a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide the Services.
Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by dotvoice.in without restriction or compensation.
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly known through no breach of these Terms; (b) was already known before disclosure; (c) is independently developed; or (d) is required to be disclosed by law or court order.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
dotvoice.in does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Telecommunications services are subject to factors outside our control, including carrier networks and regulatory environments.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DOTVOICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO DOTVOICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless dotvoice.indotvoice.in and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Upon termination, all licences granted hereunder cease, and you must stop using the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Bangalore, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may terminate your account.
