Account & Identity Information
- Name, email address, phone number, and company name provided during registration
- Billing information including payment method details (processed via secure third-party payment processors)
- Identity verification documents where required by law or regulation
Usage & Technical Data
- API call logs, request and response metadata, error codes, and usage volumes
- IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
- Call detail records (CDRs) including duration, origination, and termination data
- Dashboard activity, feature usage patterns, and navigation data
Communications
- Support tickets, chat logs, and email correspondence with our team
- Feedback, survey responses, and feature requests you submit

- Provisioning, maintaining, and improving our voice API and SIP infrastructure services

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Sharing of Information

Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
- Account data is retained for the duration of your active account plus 3 years after closure
- Call detail records (CDRs) are retained for a minimum of 2 years as required by TRAI regulations
- Billing records are retained for 7 years for accounting and tax compliance
- API logs are retained for 90 days by default; extended retention is available on request
Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
